Tenderstem is a hybrid of Chinese kale and broccoli. As a hybrid of these two foods, it is high in folic acid as well as vitamins A and C and actually contains more vitamin C than an orange!

It is easy to overcook broccoli it’s beautiful vivid bright green colour turns to a dull greenish grey and it loses its crisp texture.
