Sweetheart cabbage are pointed cabbage, sweeter and more tender than ordinary cabbage and doesn’t take so long to cook. It’s tight, green and leafy when harvested but often the outer dark green leaves are removed to reveal the tight pointed cabbage heart.
All our cabbages are grown within a 10 mile radius when in season and delivered daily.
