Born & raised on a farm in Co Down, Margaret is the eldest of 5 children and has been married for 30 yrs with two children. Having came from such a strong farming heritage & keen to promote the benefits of fresh produce, Margaret opened her own greengrocery business, Homegrown in 1981.

Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, keep fit & is also active member in her Church. Favourite holiday destinations include Italy for food, Spain for atmosphere and Lanzarote for sun.
